Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped and fulfilled in the order they're received. We utilize all methods of shipping including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Order Processing Time?

Orders are typically shipping within one to three business days.

What time would it take my order to get delivered?

Standard shipping time is three to four business days.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Standard shipping is free. 

Returns and Refund Policy

We accept all returns within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unused and in the original packaging. We can help with exchanges within 30 days as long as the item is unused. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs; the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

How to initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us at with your name, order number and date your order was placed.

What if I received a damaged product?

If you receive a product that was damaged in shipping, we may file an insurance claim with the shipping service (ie USPS or UPS). We also may replace the item for you at no charge while the case is investigated.

What are the conditions of a product exchange?

To exchange a product, the item must be new and unused in the original packaging. Simply contact us at with your name, order number and date, and a request for the product you'd like to exchange. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs of the original order.

Where would I be refunded?

In the event of an order refund, you will be refunded to your original payment method.

When will I get my refund?

We will issue you a refund to your original payment method within two business days of receiving your returned product.
